Lykke Li Directed a NSFW Music Video for Her New Supergroup, LIV—Watch

Summer may be over, but Lykke Li isn’t quite ready to let it go. The Swedish singer pays tribute to the end of everyone’s favorite season with a free-spirited nude outdoor party in a new music video for her supergroup LIV’s single, “Wings of Love.” The NSFW ’70s-style short film, directed by Li, features a group of naked people traipsing through the woods, dancing, swimming, and making out against a backdrop of folk-pop harmonies and acoustic strums. Free love!

LIV was formed by Li, producer (and boyfriend) Jeff Bhasker, Miike Snow members Andrew Wyatt and Pontus Winnberg, and Björn Yttling of the indie-pop group Peter Bjorn and John, who are all part of the Swedish label Ingrid. In a continued effort to tease out the project on social media, Li wrote in an Instagram post, “You can finally hear my spiritual progressive band.” This is her first musical release since 2014’s critically acclaimed album, I Never Learn.
