New feature-length documentary “Loopers” exploring the bond between a player and caddie hitting theaters next month

A brand new feature-length documentary from Gravitas Ventures is coming to theaters next month titled – Loopers: The Caddie’s Long Walk.

Directed by Jason Baffa and written by Carl Cramer, Loopers: The Caddie’s Long Walk explores the personal bond that a golfer and caddie develop, as well as delving into the history of the role of the caddie on the golf course.

Narrated by actor and former caddie Bill Murray, the film includes interviews with some of golf’s biggest names, such as Nick Faldo, Tom Watson, Ben Crenshaw, Lee Trevino, Curtis Strange and Fuzzy Zoeller.

Former and current caddies who participate in the film include Steve Williams (Woods), Carl Jackson (Crenshaw), Fanny Sunesson (Faldo), Pete Bender (Norman), Michael Greller ( Spieth) and Jariah “Jerry” Beard (Zoeller). Longtime golf journalists Rick Reilly, Michael Collins and Ward Clayton, are also interviewed in the feature-length documentary.

Loopers: The Caddie’s Long Walk has a running time of 81 minutes and will be in theaters and On Demand/Digital HD on June 7.
