ROH State Of The Art Night 2 Results (6/16): Dallas, Texas

Ring Of Honor (ROH) recently held night 2 of their State Of The Art Event which emanated from The Gilley’s Dallas Arena in Dallas, Texas. The event streamed live on FITE TV and the HonorClub Platform and the broadcast team were Ian Riccaboni and Colt Cabana. The international talents that appeared on night 1 were also on night 2 plus a few more talents. Those talents were Atlantis, Lance Archer, Hurricane Helms, Thunder Rosa, Stuka Jr. and Guerrero Maya. The main event of the night was a Six-Way Proving Ground Match against ROH World Television Champion Silas Young, Punishment Martinez, Jonathan Gresham, Cheeseburger, Scorpio Sky & Adam Page. – Tenille Dashwood def. Thunder Rosa.
– The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) def. The Boys.

– The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia & TK O’Ryan) def. Team CMLL (Atlantis, Stuka Jr. & Guerrero Maya) to retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Titles.
– Marty Scurll def. Flip Gordon & Jay Lethal in a Triple Threat Match. Scurll submitted Gordon to pick up the win.
– Shane “Hurricane” Helms & Delirious def. The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian).
– The Briscoes (Jay & Mark Briscoe) def. The Killer Elite Squad (Davey Boy Smith Jr. & Lance Archer) to retain the ROH World Tag Team Titles. Mark Briscoe pinned Archer to pick up the victory. After the match, The Young Bucks came out and threw chairs at The Briscoes and then super-kicked them.

– Cody (w/Brandi Rhodes) def. Shane Taylor.
– Punishment Martinez def. ROH World Television Champion Silas Young, Jonathan Gresham, Cheeseburger, Scorpio Sky & Adam Page in a Six-Way Proving Ground Match to earn an ROH Television Title shot. Martinez pinned Cheeseburger to earn the victory and the title shot.
– Punishment Martinez def. Silas Young to win the ROH World Television Title. The live crowd didn’t really react when Martinez made the cover, but they popped big after the referee counted to three. This could mean that Martinez will defend the title against Adam Page at ROH Best in the World 2018.
