One of the matches that has been confirmed for SmackDown is a match between Maryse and Brie Bella. This bout comes right before their mixed tag team match at Hell in a Cell that also features The Miz and Daniel Bryan. It will also mark the first singles match for both women since returning to the company after giving birth in recent months. Also, as reported earlier in the week, Zelina Vega seemingly threw down the challenge for R-Truth to face her business associate, Andrade “Cien” Almas on the show. That match has just been revealed to be taking place during SmackDown this week. As always, SmackDown airs each Tuesday night on the USA Network at 8pm ET, so don’t miss these matches and several more later this week.

Even years after the angle has taken place, several wrestling fans still remember the original debut of The Nexus faction back in 2010. Once a group of rookies in WWE, eight newcomers instantly became sensations after a memorable moment on Raw when they invaded the show and viciously attacked John Cena. Fellow Nexus member, Ryback, recently discussed his time in the faction with former Nexus leader Stu Bennett (Wade Barrett) on the Conversations with The Big Guy podcast. During the interview, the two former WWE Superstars admitted that Ryback came up with the “You’re either Nexus or against us” catchphrase during a car ride together while taking a synthetic form of marijuana known as spice. “I closed the promo with, ‘You’re either Nexus or against us,’ and that was it. Dropped the mic. We all left, and we thought that was it.” Bennett added.
